Villa Baleares Residencial is a project in Mexico inspired by the Balearic Islands. We created a brand for a residential space that seamlessly blends Mediterranean elegance with the authentic charm of Querétaro. The architectural project was developed by Lara Arquitectos and executed by Grupo Malvico. Our work involved developing the brand strategy and identity to reflect this vision, combining natural textures and warm tones with the city’s colonial character and traditional materials. The result is a harmonious fusion of luxury and tranquillity, offering a secure and peaceful environment rooted in both Mediterranean and Mexican influences.

This project was developed in collaboration with the team at Lara Aquitectos to bring the serene and sophisticated aesthetics of Mediterranean and Querétaro lifestyles together. Combining the warm, earthy tones and natural textures with clean lines and modern finishes to reflect the essence of understanded luxury.
